Through entering into this website advertising subscription agreement with SA Franchise Warehouse (Pty) Ltd, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

The advertiser to supply the narrative and graphic material to the requirement of SA Franchise Warehouse in order to compile and publish content, which is to be approved by yourselves before official publication 

Material provided must not cause you or us to breach any law, regulation, rule, code of conduct or other legal obligation including, but not limited to, breaches of confidence, privacy or intellectual property.

All subscriptions must be fully paid for, prior to publication of the listing, at the subscription rates quoted at that time. 

Payment for advertisements can be made online through the payment portal on our website. You will be directed to a dedicated commerce provider who will take payment via Payfast (Pty) Ltd (“PayFast”). Payment can be made using Visa or MasterCard. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the safety of your card transaction, we cannot and do not accept liability for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using the online secure payment mechanism.

When using your Credit Card to pay for your online purchase you will need the following: 

16 Digit Credit Card Number

3 Digit CVV Number on the back of your card 

The name of the card holder as it appears on the front of the card

SA Franchise Warehouse reserves the right to change its advertising rates at any time. Such revised advertising rates shall only apply to any advertisement placed with us after publication of the revised advertising rates.

Quality photographs illustrating the concept of the business must be minimum 72dpi.

Website Listing must be 1000px (w) 

Homepage Banner must be 960px (w)  x 960px (h)

NEWSLETTER

Billboard Banner must be 570px (w)  x 200px (h)

Square Banner must be 258px (w)  x 258px (h)

Leaderboard Banner must be 570px (w) x 100px (h)

Design and layout of online advertisements are not included in subscription cost and will be quoted separately if required.

Any amendments to your website listing must be emailed to felicia@safw.co.za and changes will be made as soon as possible.

All website listings will be processed withing 8 hours and payments are non-refundable once the advertisement appears on our website. Please note that website listings may take up to 48 hours to appear on the website.

You warrant that for any content you provide, you own all Intellectual Property rights related

At the time of the advertiser providing content for publication on SA Franchise Warehouse website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and transferable licence to publish content relating to such Intellectual Property rights you own. . This licence survives termination of this Agreement.

We may provide links to other companies and services from our site. Once the visitor to the website follows such link and leave our site and enter another site, they are subject to third party privacy policies. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy policies. You should carefully review the company's privacy policy before linking to such site.

Your website listing may be displayed on third party sites such as; Facebook and Instagram. By using the SA Franchise Warehouse website you agree that your content may be displayed on such other sites.

You acknowledge that we in no way warrant that you will receive enquiries in relation to your content, or that you will sell a franchise if you use SA Franchise Warehouse.

You warrant that all content is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and hold SA Franchise Warehouse harmless in the instance of any damages suffered as a result of erroneous content.

You warrant that, in the event of the advertiser being an agent, business broker or franchisee that you have written consent from the owner of the business or the franchisor to act on their behalf.

SA Franchise Warehouse website offers blog postings. You should be aware that any information you provide in these areas may be read, collected, and used by others who access such posts.

SA Franchise Warehouse do not accept liability towards any party for;
