The Café 2 Go management team has more than 200 years combined experience in the franchise, coffee, food and retail industries in South Africa. As a Café 2 Go franchisee you will benefit from the franchisor’s assistance with regards to training, launch support, branding building, marketing material, supplier management and event sourcing. Once the business is up and running franchisees receives ongoing field support, including business referrals, staff recruitment assistance, regular audits, menu innovation and business coaching.
All Café 2 Go franchisees attend an Introduction to Barista training, including equipment maintenance. Franchisees are also trained on all the aspects of local marketing and building a loyal customer base.
In order to ensure that quality standards are maintained, all coffee and consumables must be ordered from the designated suppliers, while food orders are channelled through franchisor-approved third parties. The franchisor uses their overall purchasing power to negotiate best quality, prices and terms from their suppliers.
