The solution
The MobiWork solution is a product of the Florida, USA based company, MobiWork LLC and is offered in South Africa by Caracal Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd, a Pretoria based company that specialise in Productivity improvement systems.

The basic functionality available from the standard MobiWork MWS (Mobile Workforce Solution) application includes online report completion, taking of photos, Geo plotting of locations, inserting comments, capturing of signatures and then automatically sending the report to the designated recipients in PDF format.

For Management, the time, duration and physical locations of the report compilers can be seen to verify productivity and location.
